Lokerse Feesten: line-up changes
THE BLACK BOX REVELATION added at the very last minute as a surprise act on Tuesday august 3rd. The band was one of the absolute highlights of Rock Werchter this year and are playing only a select number of festivals this summer in Belgium; amongst which the sold out Pukkelpop. Very exclusive and not to be missed!
The Eddy Grant concert on Sunday August 8th has been cancelled at the last moment. Sad, but no worries, because Flanders' most popular festival beast DAAN has willfully agreed to take his place and share the stage with his heroes Roxy Music. Because Daan is also performing at Dranouter that same day, his show at the Grote Kaai will start a bit later (20.15)
MOTLEY CRUE has requested, for logistic reasons, to perform a bit earlier on in the evening. They will trade places on the schedule of Monday August 2nd with GOLDEN EARRING.

The new M.I.A. album is already a hype and some say "It's the hottest record in the world". Name of the album is /\/\/\Y/\ which represents Maya, the real name of the Sri Lankan M.I.A. The cd will only be available from the 13th July, but you can check out their new electro-pop single XXXO right here.

After announcing Alice Cooper, Papa Roach and Anthrax (all performing on Sunday 1 August), it is now time to unveil the next set of names, filling up half the line up of this edition. Once again it promises to be an eclectic mix of styles, ranging from metal, glam and artrock to wave, alternative, dance, hip hop, reggae and chanson.
