The preparations for 2021 are already underway. We are trying to reprogram as many artists as possible to next year and from now on your 2020 tickets will be a voucher with discount code for the next two years.

The total value of your tickets and drink vouchers will be converted into a discount voucher. The value of your 2020 tickets can be used for online purchases for editions 2021 and 2022. This gives you all the flexibility to choose tickets and/or drink vouchers in 2021 and 2022 for the amount you have already spent.

When ordering tickets online in 2021 and 2022, you will be able to enter - during the ordering process - the barcode number of your 2020 ticket as a discount code. The amount of those tickets will be deducted from your total order.

No. You will be able to use them as a discount voucher for the total amount spent in 2020. You are free to use your voucher for future editions. The amount of the discount voucher (2020 ticket/drink voucher) will be deducted during your online purchase.

During the ordering process you only need the barcode number of your 2020 ticket/drink voucher. Of course, each barcode number can only be used once. So keep your barcode number somewhere safe and keep it to yourself.
