Lokerse Feesten takes place at the Grote Kaai in Lokeren - close to the city center.

The entrance to the Club Studio Brussel is in the Sportlaan, about 150m from the main entrance.

The whole area is traffic-free.

OPENING HOURS

The doors open one hour before the first performance.

The main square will be closed after the last act. On weekends, Club Studio Brussels continues until 5 a.m. (Friday and Saturday nights). On weekdays, it is until 2:30 a.m.

ACCESS

With a combiticket or a ticket bought in presale you always get in. A 10-day combi ticket or evening ticket (for the main stage) guarantees you access to both the festival site and the Club Studio Brussel indoor stage.  Evening tickets are sold while supplies last. Attention: An evening ticket may be sold out in advance. If this happens, it will be announced on our website and through the media.

ENTRANCE TICKETS

Buy an entrance ticket at one of our ticket offices, or go to the VVK ticket offices and present the ticket(s) you bought through the presale. You will receive one wristband per ticket purchased. Fasten your admission tape securely around your wrist, proceed to the entrance and have your tape checked. You can enter and exit the venue throughout the evening. 

CLUB Studio brussels

Come on time! Our venue - Club Studio Brussel - has a limited capacity. On some nights, this means that the venue may be full at peak times, and we temporarily close the entrance. If you have purchased a separate “Indoor Stage Only” ticket for this venue, you are guaranteed to get in until 11:30 pm. Once it's quieter - or there's room again - you can of course re-enter with any ticket!

10-DAY COMBI TICKET AND DRINK VOUCHERS

Have the bar code of your 10-day combi ticket activated at one of the box offices on the grounds. After “scanning in” at the box office, you will receive a fabric wristband. Fasten the wristband securely around your wrist; it grants you access to the festival site every day.

Do you have a 10-day combo ticket? Then you can pick up your wristband at the box office the day before the official opening of the festival (between 6 and 9 p.m.). You can also provide yourself with drink and food vouchers at that time. Payment with Bancontact is possible, we work cashless! Beverage vouchers can only be exchanged at the top-up tills on the square.
