CAMPING

The Lokerse Feesten campsite is located on a site just behind the Lokeren train station. Easily accessible by public transport, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the campsite to our festival site and back. We offer three different options:

  • Bring Your Own Tent: Bring your own tent and set it up on the campsite. You provide your own equipment. One ticket grants access for one person.
  • Rented Tent: We provide a tent for you, including a mattress, for two people. You only need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow. Price per two people.
  • Luxury Tent: We take care of everything. You don't need to bring anything. Everything is ready in your own trendy sleeping unit: a mattress made up with pillows, a duvet, accompanied by a nightlight, as well as a terrace with an awning and two beach chairs.

Use of showers and sanitary facilities is included in your camping ticket.

PLEASE NOTE

  • There are only a limited number of places available. Don't wait too long to order your camping tickets.
  • Tickets only available via the official ticket website and via our official partner Ticketswap.
  • Access to the festival is not included in the camping ticket.
  • Parking on the camping site is not possible.

OPENING HOURS & ACCESS

  • The campsite is open from 3 PM on August 1st to 12 PM on August 11th
  • Check-in can be done from 3 PM on the day of your reservation
  • Check-out is no later than 11 AM the day after your overnight stay
  • Access to the campsite is only possible with a valid festival wristband (subscription or day ticket) and your pre-reserved camping ticket

IMPORTANT

  • Follow the indicated route to the festival site
  • Be considerate of our neighbors: keep it clean and quiet
  • Keep our campsite clean; there are plenty of waste disposal points on our camping site
  • Camping tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • The organization is not responsible for theft or (potential) accidents

Tents can only be placed in the designated area

PROHIBITED

  • All open fires or gas stoves, BBQs, weapons, drugs, pets (except guide or assistance dogs)
  • Generators or music systems
  • Cars, (motor)bikes, trailers, folding trailers, caravans, motorhomes, or party tents

In case of a violation of the law, the police will always be notified.

CAMPERS

Unfortunately, there is no space for campers or mobile homes on our campsite. Within the built-up area of ​​Lokeren, there is a parking ban for vehicles heavier than 3.5 tons. Campers under 3.5 tons may park in regular parking spaces (with parking disc or payment where necessary). Heavier campers must park outside the built-up area.
A possible parking alternative is the Verloren Boslaan (from the zone sign to the N70), where parking over 3.5 tons is permitted.

One option is to park on Verloren Boslaan from the sign indicating that parking is not allowed above 3.5 tons up to N70. This corresponds to the zone below:
