ROXY DEKKER

For several years now, Flanders has been a golden playground for Dutch talent. Meau and Merol on the bouncy castle! Goldband on the trampoline! Suzan & Freek on the seesaw!  The swing, however, is for ROXY DEKKER, the latest gem from the Amsterdam canals. Roxy is what you might call a TikTokker, pretty much the only profession for which no trade union branch has yet been established. For the time being, that's not necessary, because everything is running smoothly for the young hit sensation.  Young, but already several times over. From a full album (‘Mama I made it’, 2025), an EP (‘Go Bestfriend’, 2025) and, of course, a few solid hits. Apparently, these hits are often broadcast via TikTok, a channel that the older board members of the Lokerse Feesten have been searching for in vain on their televisions for years, but which has proven to be a useful launch pad for young people. “Sugardaddy”, purveyor of tons of red cheeks, was sent out into the world in this way. What a banger, by the way! 'Satisfyer' (again, red cheeks alert!), “Anne-Fleur vakantie”, “Huisfeestje” (with the Bankzitters), 'Gaan we weg?' (with Ronnie Flex) ... While other singers present themselves to the world as lively, Roxy is the absolute liveliest, and when the average Dutch person is already quick-witted, Dekker is quickest-witted. The list of hits under Dekker's name keeps growing, as do the stages she is invited to perform on. Like ours, on Saturday 1 August, because you didn't think we were going to spoil you with just one top act – Pommelien – on a summer Saturday, did you? A swing! Red cheeks! 'Sugardaddy', “Satisfyer”, “A few other hits”! A summer Saturday! Even in absolute top form, ChatGPT can't come up with better arguments to make you buy a ticket.
