ABOUT THE ROLE

As a stagehand, you are an essential part of the festival behind the scenes. You support the technical team with building, changeovers, and dismantling of the stage, ensuring artists and technicians can work smoothly. No two days are the same — you’ll always be close to the action!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Assist with the setup and dismantling of stage elements, backline, and stage décor.
• Help with changeovers between acts.
• Move materials, cables, flight cases, and equipment.
• Support the stage crew with practical and logistical tasks.
• Ensure the stage and backstage areas remain tidy and safe.
• Provide additional support to stage crew and production where needed.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality.
• A proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment.
• Willingness to be available for full festival days (breaks in consultation).
• No technical experience required — but a willingness to learn is essential.
