Farewell concert Front 242 on Sunday, August 4
FRONT 242, one of the most important and influential Belgian bands ever, announce their farewell and play their very last Belgian festival show on Sunday, August 4 at the Grote Kaai. We are very honored that the legendary band has chosen our festival for this unique show, after previous memorable passages in 2018 and 2004. The band's influence is huge, from Ministry and Nine Inch Nails to The Prodigy, Underworld and Soulwax, and their live shows are unique performances. A last chance to see the EBM pioneers live in Belgium this summer, and dance and sing along to Headhunter, No Shuffle, Welcome To Paradise, U-Men, Take One or Funkahdafi.

"We sadly close this great adventure, some 40 years in the making, of amazing feelings shared with our wonderful audience," says Patrick, Richard and Jean-Luc, the bands core members. The 49th edition of Lokerse Feesten will take place from Friday, August 2 to Sunday, August 11, 2024. Earlier, the arrival of Massive Attack, Korn, The Prodigy, Nas, De La Soul, Oscar And The Wolf, Anne-Marie, Joost, Froukje, Pixies, Future Islands, Clouseau40, Regi Live ft Linda and Prince S. and De Geit were announced.
