What / Where / When

Lokerse Feesten is a 10-day city festival from 31 July to 9 August 2026, on the Grote Kaai in Lokeren, Belgium.

How do I get to the Lokerse Feesten?

We advise you to leave your car at home: you can get to the Lokerse Feesten faster and without parking worries by bike, public transport or carpool. This way, you also contribute to a smoother and more sustainable mobility around the festival.
On foot or by bike? There are ample bicycle parking facilities on the Sportlaan, close to the festival site.

New: a night train every evening! This year, we provide a night train every evening to bring you home safely. Info and reservation will follow soon via our website and social media.

Still want to come by car?  You can. We also provide festival car parks for festival-goers outside the city centre. Please note: parking in the centre of Lokeren is not possible. Follow the signs to the right car park.

How do I keep up to date with the latest news?

Subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to receive all news, line-up updates and practical info in your mailbox.

During the festival, we recommend using the LF app for the programme, last-minute info and handy tools on site.

What time does the performance at the festival start?

Please have a look at our timetable.

Are the Lokerse Feesten accessible to people with disabilities?

Lokerse Feesten is very accessible for people with disabilities.
We also have a wheelchair stage.

MORE INFO
Lokerse Feesten makes extra efforts to make the festival accessible to people with disabilities. We pay attention to the accessibility of the grounds and its surroundings:

  • Closer to the entrance there are reserved parking spaces for cars of people with wheelchairs. Available only if requested in advance through this form. A blue card is not sufficient. Other less mobile people best use our shuttle buses.
  • There is an elevation from which wheelchair users, people with crutches, ... can properly view the performances.
  • An adapted toilet is available.
  • People with disabilities can call on a free ADL assistant to help with practical matters such as using the toilet, moving around, eating, etc.

You can find an ADL assistant near the wheelchair elevation. Anyone wishing to use these facilities or for more information can contact the assistance team at assistentie@lokersefeesten.be.

Please also note the following practical arrangements:

  • Own chairs are not allowed on the premises. Exceptionally, medically required chairs are allowed. These chairs are only allowed on the raise and with a medical certificate. In this case, please report to security who will call us to let you through.
  • You can be accompanied by one person on the wheelchair stage. On quiet evenings, exceptions may be made.
  • Lokerse Feesten grows in bands and spectators every year. The more the merrier. On very popular evenings, our wheelchair stage can get crowded. We then ask the attendants to leave the stage. This way everyone who needs our services can use them. On very popular evenings, we may also ask less mobile persons to leave the stage. Wheelchair users are given priority to use the stage along with his/her PAB assistant. Fortunately, this is the exception rather than the rule.

What are the rules and regulations of the Lokerse Feesten?

You can read about that here.

Are there lockers at the festival?

Yes, lockers are provided at Club Studio Brussel.
Please note that access to Club Studio Brussel is limited in capacity. When the hall is full, it may be temporarily closed, which may prevent you from reaching your locker.

Am I allowed to take photos and film at the festival?

Yes you may. All image and sound recordings made by or with the permission of the organisers can be used for broadcasting. Upon entering the premises, the visitor automatically relinquishes all rights for the use of these images.

Professional photography is only possible for press and our regular photography team.

What if I am pregnant?

The Red Cross is happy to assist you if you need support. You will find the Red Cross near the Cocktail Bar and Toog 6.

I would like to work at the festival, is that possible?

TICKET INFO

The combination tickets are sold exclusively online via www.lokersefeesten.be.

The tickets are already sold out.

Please note that everyone must be in possession of a paid ticket.

Do you work with Ticketswap?

Yes. Are you still looking for a ticket for a sold-out day or can't go yourself unexpectedly? Take a look at ticketswap.be/lokerse-feesten.

More info on using TicketSwap can be found here.

What are the different VIP formulas?

VIP tickets offer you extra comfort during the festival in a separate area, covered at 3m height. So you have VIP Comfort, VIP Comfort.8 and VIP Comfort.Dine.

You can find more explanations about these packages on our ticket information page.

Are children welcome?

Children are certainly welcome. If you are under 14 years old (13 years and 364 days, that is) you must always be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that everyone (including children under 12) must have a paid ticket.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child too?

Yes, a valid ticket is required for everyone, including children under 12. We do this to manage capacity properly and make sure everyone has a great experience. We look forward to seeing you with the whole family at the festival!

Persons under 14 can only enter when accompanied by an appointed adult guardian or parents.

CASHLESS

How do I pay at the festival?

Lokerse Feesten is a cashless festival. Paying is easy with your cashless card, which you will receive together with your festival band at the box office on the Sportlaan.
You can also obtain the card at the top-up ticket offices on the square. With this card, you can pay at all bars and food stands, both on the square and in Club Studio Brussel.

For more information on the cashless system, click here.

Why a cashless system?

As a festival, we work with reusable cups. Like the majority of festivals, we work with a cashless system to easily collect and refund deposits for these cups. A separate card (instead of a bank card) has many advantages: your payment is faster (less waiting at the counters) and does not rely on internet connection.

How can I do a top-up

Purchases of food and drinks are made via a cashless card, powered by ING. To do this, you must first load money onto your account, linked to your card. Loading money (a top-up) can be done in several ways:

  • Through the website. You can do this now.
  • At the top-up tills. This can be done with any bank card.
  • Via the QR code on yes card. Very simple: scan the QR code with your smartphone camera and follow the instructions.
  • Via our mobile app.

Are there any costs associated with this system?

For the very first cash top-up, we charge an activation fee of 1.5 euros. However, refunding any remaining value on your card is completely free.

Can I have the money on my card refunded?

Yes, you can and it is also free. From Wednesday, August 14 through September 14, you can request a refund via this link. After a few days the money will be back in your account.

Where can I check my balance?

There are several ways to do this:

  • Go to the top-up tills or at the counters. You scan your card and our staff will be happy to give you your balance.
  • You can also create an account and link your card with your account. Then you can check your balance at any time: either through our website or through our mobile application

I already had an account last year, is it still valid?

This account is still valid. If you forgot your password you can easily retrieve it. The ticket you used last year has been removed from your account though, since the event has ended.

I have already done a top-up in advance, how do I link my account to my card?

You will get a cashless card, powered by ING, at our checkouts or at the top-up checkouts. Have you already done a top-up in advance? Then you can very easily link that top-up with your card. Go to our top-up page or use our app.

What if my cashless card is lost or stolen?

If your cashless card is lost or stolen, and you have registered for your online cashless account, we can block the lost or stolen card, and transfer all of your unspent money onto a new NFC card for you. If you have not registered, then we are unable to either block the lost card or transfer the money that may have been on it.
