Lokerse Feesten is a 10-day city festival from 31 July to 9 August 2026, on the Grote Kaai in Lokeren, Belgium.
We recommend leaving your car at home. The festival takes place in the heart of Lokeren, where parking is not available and would cause additional inconvenience.
You can reach Lokerse Feesten faster and without parking concerns by coming by bike, public transport, or carpooling.
On foot or by bike? Spacious bicycle parking is available close to the festival site.
Coming by car anyway? That’s possible. We provide festival parking areas for visitors outside the city centre. Please note: parking in the centre of Lokeren is not possible. Follow the signs to the appropriate parking area.

All lost items will be collected after the festival and handed over to the local police in Lokeren.
The safety of our visitors, staff and local residents remains an absolute priority for the Lokerse Feesten organisers.
Our safety procedures are reviewed and updated annually in close collaboration with the city council, the police and the emergency services. Based on recent insights and events, existing measures are continually refined and expanded where necessary.
Upon entering the site, all visitors may be subject to a superficial security check. By entering the site, visitors consent to this check and are expected to cooperate. Bags and rucksacks are permitted, but must be opened spontaneously for inspection. The contents may be visually inspected by security staff. The organisers aim to ensure a smooth and efficient entry procedure and therefore ask for the cooperation of all visitors.
The following items are not permitted on the festival site:
Drinks and containers
Dangerous or prohibited items
Fire and explosion hazards
Items that may cause a nuisance or pose a hazard

Lokerse Feesten is a cashless festival. Paying is easy with your cashless card, which you will receive together with your festival band at the box office on the Sportlaan.
You can also obtain the card at the top-up ticket offices on the square. With this card, you can pay at all bars and food stands, both on the square and in Club Studio Brussel.
For more information on the cashless system, click here.
As a festival, we work with reusable cups. Like the majority of festivals, we work with a cashless system to easily collect and refund deposits for these cups. A separate card (instead of a bank card) has many advantages: your payment is faster (less waiting at the counters) and does not rely on internet connection.
Food and drinks are purchased via a cashless card. To do this, you must first top up your account linked to your card. You can easily top up your card by scanning the QR code on it.
For the very first cash top-up, we charge an activation fee of 1.5 euros. However, refunding any remaining value on your card is completely free.
If there is still money on your cashless card after the festival, you can request a refund. Scan the QR code on your cashless card with your camera app, proceed to your digital wallet, and enter your 6-digit PIN code (on the back of the cashless card). Click through to refund and leave your name and IBAN number. The refund is completely free; no fees will be charged. You can request a refund from August 12 at 8:00 AM until September 11, 2026, at 11:55 PM.
There are several ways to do this:
No, your cashless card and your account from last year are no longer valid.
Last year’s card is no longer valid and has been removed from your account, as the event has ended. You will receive a new card when you collect your wristband at the ticket office.
If your cashless card has been lost or stolen and you have already registered it (using the QR code and PIN on the card), we can transfer your balance to a new card. If you have not done so, we will be unable to block the card or recover the funds.
